Cleaning Procedure Notice

All doors and windows affected by the services provided will be washed down, along with the surrounding road and path if required. Where necessary, strong cleaning chemicals will be used to remove black spots and achieve a deeper clean. If you would prefer that chemicals are not used, please inform us prior to the start of the service.

Surface Condition & Cleaning Limitations

Whilst we strive to provide the highest standard of cleaning, safety remains our top priority. Certain safety measures may affect the scope or outcome of the clean, as we aim to prevent any injuries or damage to property. Should any issues arise during the service, we will inform you promptly.

Although every care is taken during the cleaning process, loose mortar, blocks, cobbles, and similar materials may be disturbed. The complete removal of lichen, black spots, rust, paint, mortar splashes, and similar stains cannot be guaranteed.

Please note that weeds may reappear in joints, mortar gaps, or block paving over time unless regular maintenance—such as the application of weedkiller or manual weeding—is carried out.

Media Consent Clause

Photographic and video media may be captured at any time in the areas where services are being provided. This media is collected to document the quality and integrity of work completed and may also be used for marketing purposes by KWR Exterior Cleaning.

All media used for marketing will be processed lawfully and in accordance with data protection laws. Any private or personally identifiable information will be removed or obscured prior to publication. By agreeing to our services, you acknowledge and consent to the potential use of such media for promotional purposes.

You retain the right to request the removal of any media content used for marketing that you believe identifies you or your property. Upon receiving such a request, KWR Exterior Cleaning will take reasonable steps to comply in a timely manner.
